Biography
Michael Brown is a nationally known professional experiential facilitator, consultant and trainer. He has provided organizational development, staff development, team building, prevention/intervention youth programs and ROPES / challenge course programs for the past twenty-five years. Mr. Brown has implemented and provided a variety of training programs throughout the United States in the following areas: corporate training and staff development, leadership development, psychiatric/mental health, intervention/prevention programs, chemical dependency, youth life skills, domestic violence and batter’s intervention. These services were rendered to both the private sector and not-for-profit organizations including: municipalities, housing authorities, school districts, education centers, schools, colleges and universities, youth shelters, juvenile justice systems, retail service organizations, church organizations and Fortune 500 companies. Michael Brown is a member of the American Society of Training & Development (ASTD) and a graduate of Slippery Rock State University. Experiential Solutions T.E.A.M. ,Inc. is a Minority and HUB certified business in the state of Texas."As a large community bank going through a merger with a similar organization, we knew it was imperative our front line employees remain positive, yet accurate and attentive to customer needs, while the transaction progressed.
